STAFF:
Founder and President /CEO – Jeanne Warnock, LCSW Jeanne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from Rutgers State University with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Social Work. Jeanne’s passion for enhancing the welfare of children and families has earned her a national reputation as a leader and advocate for families.
Executive Management:
Chief Operating Officer – Barbara Repetto Since 1992, Barbara has applied her extensive background in public policy, program design and advocacy to administering all aspects of direct service delivery.
Chief Financial Officer – Douglas Ziegler, CPA Doug earned his accounting degree from Stockton College of New Jersey and since 2001 has been applying his considerable accounting talents to getting maximum return on every dollar FIS has to spend.
Essex County Director –Marie DiMeo, LCSW This Rutgers University grad joined FIS in 1992. Her supervisory experience and passion for family systems and crisis intervention make her the perfect Director of Kid Connection.
Passaic and Sussex County Regional Director – Mari Lou Parkinson, LSW Mari Lou brings a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers and 20 years experience working in the child protection field to her role as Regional Director. She joined FIS in 1996 and specializes in crisis intervention and family empowerment.
Morris County Director – Diane Williams, LCSW A Bachelor’s in Social Work from Kean University and a master’s degree from Fordham University have given Diane the tools to provide informed and compassionate service to children and families since she first joined FIS in 1996.
Director FIS Center for Family Success – Maureen Braun Scalera, LCSW Maureen joined the FIS team in 2006 and brings with her an MSW from New York University and 25 years of experience in child welfare services.
Director Research and Evaluation for the FIS Center for Family Success – Brendan Smith, LSW Brendan has B.A. degrees in both Sociology and Social Work, as well as a Master's in Social Work. He has spent over 22 years supporting the needs of children and families in the United States and Australia. He has been with FIS since 2001.
Director Training and Clinical Services – Sandra McBeth, MSW, LCSW Sandra is well into her second decade providing services to families and children in Northern New Jersey both as a professor of undergraduate and graduate courses in social work at Kean University and as a licensed clinical social worker. She joined FIS in 1991. Her extensive experience in private practice adds a strong clinical focus to the training she facilitates.
Director Human Resources – Karen Abdullah Since 2001, Karen has applied her experience in the public health and non-profit sectors for the benefit of FIS employees. Karen oversees all aspects of HR and works tirelessly to ensure overall employee satisfaction.
Director Information Technology – Elisa J. Thomas Since 1997, Elisa has been applying her extensive expertise in computer networking, database administration, Microsoft Office and hardware and software troubleshooting to keep FIS communications up and running.
Director Development and Marketing – Kristen Miller Kristen has more than 25 years of development experience and success in fund-raising, event management, public relations and marketing. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, she demonstrates a long-standing commitment to families and children through her work in the non-profit sector and as a community volunteer. She joined FIS in 2007.
