The FIS Center for Family Success is available to assist human service agencies develop measurable performance standards for determining how well an organization is meeting its goals. The Center can supply agencies with the resources and technical assistance to help them:
Develop and implement qualitative documentation review systems
Implement appropriate quality improvement techniques and practices
Use data and other information to inform administrator, manager, supervisor and line staff decision making
Implement performance review and measurement strategies
Undertake program evaluation and applied research to determine the impact and effectiveness of programs
Enhance agency's ethical practices and policies
Guide agencies through an organization-wide ethics audit
Leadership Forum
Through a series of strategic workshops designed to support internal leadership development and advancement, the Leadership Forum identifies, informs and celebrates the emerging human potential within an organization.
