More than 20 volunteers, staff and board members inspected, sorted, and packed the donated food at FIS' Denville office. Jeanne Warnock, President and CEO, noted that, “Difficult economic conditions and unemployment have led to increased need, and that these donations will provide food for many families, including those who find themselves suddenly struggling to provide for their basic needs.”
On behalf of everyone at Family Intervention Services we thank the mail carriers, the volunteers and all of the Denville residents who contributed to the food drive. Special thanks everyone who came out to lend a hand on Saturday.
