FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES

FIS Staff is trained in family systems theory with specialization in adoption, trauma-informed treatment, infant/early childhood mental health, substance use and alcohol recovery, parenting/life skills and child development, family stabilization and non-traditional therapeutic arts.

The following services are available to families: 

  • Infant/child mental health
     

  • Pre and post adoption counseling
     

  • In-office or in-home family systems treatment, including psychiatric assessment and medication monitoring, where necessary
     

  • Educational groups for social skills, cyberbullying, sexting, texting and non-traditional creative therapeutic arts
     

  • Supervised visitation
     

  • Parent support
